These terms apply when a consumer buys goods from Ace of Raves through our website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, garments and print runs. Product images may include mock-ups. Any important product-specific information will be shown on the relevant product page.
3. Orders and the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the goods. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation or otherwise confirming acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount taken for that order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Ace of Raves Ltd is not currently VAT registered. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges will be shown before you place the order. Payment is handled through the payment methods made available at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. We will not substitute a different price after an order has been accepted without your agreement.
5. Availability and fulfilment
Many Ace of Raves products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed. We may use third-party fulfilment partners, including Printful. This does not change your contract with Ace of Raves Ltd.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated times will be shown on the website or at checkout where available. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
If we offer delivery outside the UK, import duties or local taxes may apply unless the checkout states that they are included.
7. Cancelling an online order
For most standard goods bought online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to exercise this right.
A legal cancellation exception can apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. We will only rely on that exception where the product genuinely falls within it; ordinary print-on-demand production does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
You have statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to contact us. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Ace of Raves name, branding, artwork, graphics, website design and other content are owned by or licensed to Ace of Raves Ltd unless stated otherwise. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the artwork or brand.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, scrape for resale, remove rights notices from, or falsely present our content as your own except where the law permits it or we give written permission.
10. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated activity in a way that materially disrupts the service.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
12. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where your order is materially affected.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
